The partnership of Adams Martin Associates LLC consists of a combined twenty years of experience in New Construction Warranty and Community Association Management of residential single family, and multi-family neighborhoods.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to provide coordination, communication and administration services to industry builders, contractors and managers to utilize during unexpected or additional workloads, which would otherwise greatly effect their daily operations and budgets. Evaluation study reports, warranty repairs, standing inventory upkeep and coordination of temporary resident relocations are all areas that can result in unexpected or additional workloads for contractors and community managers. Follow up of these areas typically requires proper documentation, on-site observation and effective communication skills. Our goal is to provide our clients with experienced management as an interim solution, rather than to increase their operating overhead or disrupt the current operations of their staff in place.

Additionally, to supply homebuilders with an alternative solution for the warranty management and customer service aspects of their residential communities.
